I’m enduring the last trimester of my second pregnancy, and I’m feeling the symptoms that go along with that: Constant exhaustion, continuous discomfort, overall feeling like a whale… 😉 However, my high-energy lifestyle and packed social calendar don’t allow me to just kick back on the couch, so for some motivation to keep growing this baby, I bought a few things from a favorite maternity shop, Pink Blush. Just for fun, I’ve shared them below!
White Maxi Skirt
I tend to stay away from maxi dresses and skirts because I have short legs, but boy, am I glad I bought this! This embroidered white skirt is flowing and beautiful. I love how feminine it is, and I can mix-and-match it with many tops and jackets to suit the occasion I’m dressing for. It’s not even close to being sheer, and I may be able to pull this one off post-pregnancy if I don’t stretch it out too much!
Black Jumpsuit
This jumpsuit is quite literally the most comfortable thing I’ve ever worn! The soft, knit fabric and wide legs make me feel like I am wearing a cloud, and the off-the-shoulder sleeves make it a bit more formal than if it had basic strap – although here I am wearing it with the straps up and it still works. Add some heels and a little jewelry, and I’m ready go!
Work out shorts
These basic blacks shorts are more of a necessity, than just a cute thing to wear, but it is certainly motivating to have something with a full panel to work out in!
Scalloped Dress
I was drawn to the scalloped sleeves on this dress; such a simple touch that really enhances the look of the piece. This is another one I can wear post-pregnancy, and since the fabric is a bit thicker, it can be worn in across multiple seasons.
That’s all my wallet could handle for this shopping trip! If you’ve read this far, thanks for entertaining me. Please feel free to share your favorite maternity or summer styles in the comments below. And congrats to all the mamas-to-be out there! You’re strong and beautiful, may God bless you and your little one!
xoxo Carly
